The Narco ADF 841 represents the latest application of microprocessor technology and human factor engineering to automatic direction finding. The ADF 841 combines the tremendous functionality of frequency storage/transfer/timing with remarkably simple operation. This unit has many advanced features such as frequency storage, "flip flop" frequency transfer, crystal clear audio, "keep-alive" frequency memory, professional style gas discharge display, and automatic dimming. Supplied with a combined loop sense antenna and indicator with rotatable azimuth card (making pilot intercept calculations much simpler), the ADF 841 employs coherent detection which reduces interference and substantially increases the range of reception (up to 2 or 3 times that of older ADFs).

The Narco AR 850 utilizes a new solid state sensor to report altitude up to 20,000, 25,000, or 30,000 feet depending upon which model fits your need. These compact units are designed to be used in non-pressurized, temperature-controlled environments including those under or behind the instrument panel. The AR 850 is easily installed when using the optional quick release mounting tray that also facilitates effortless removal for servicing.

The Narco CP 136M audio panel was designed with pilot satisfaction in mind. Representing reliability and performance, the CP136 M also features large push button controls and L.E.D. indicators, thus providing clear annunciation of the selected audio inputs. This unit also includes a three (3) light marker beacon receiver with a hi/lo sense and test switch. Its ability to monitor dual transceivers provides convenience and flexibility. Interlocking microphone/audio controls allow single-action switching between the COM transceivers for transmitting while the audio selector lets the pilot simultaneously monitor both COM receivers.

The Narco COM 810+/811+ are 760 channel communication transceivers with 10-channel frequency memory. Highlights of these state-of-the-art, microprocessor based units include crystal clear audio, active and standby frequency display with flip-flop transfer, and automatic audio leveling. These versatile COMs also include a built-in 10-watt audio amplifier with intercom capability and an 8-watt transmitter. "Keep-alive" voltage is not required since these COMs utilize a non-volatile memory.

The Narco COM 810+R is a 760 channel COM transceiver designed to directly replace all Narco COM transceivers from the COM 11 through the COM 120. The COM 810+R was built to minimize pilot workload and maximize performance and reliability. In meeting these objectives, Narco engineers designed state-of-the-art, microprocessor based technology which includes: very high quality audio, automatic audio leveling, active and standby frequency display, with "flip-flop" display transfer. In addition, the COM 810+R features greatly enhanced audio and 10 memory channels with non-volatile memory.

Narco's DME 890 is a high technology, microprocessor-based unit featuring simultaneous display of distance, ground speed, and time-to-station. The DME 890 also features instant lock-on, remote channeling capability, RNAV interface, and high visibility gas-discharge displays. 14 or 28 VDC is standard.

The Narco ELT 910 emergency locator transmitter meets the performance specifications of TSO C91A. It features a positive fail-safe G-switch, remote switching activation, and an alkaline battery power supply for maximum redundancy. The ELT 910 broadcasts simultaneously on frequencies of 121.5 MHz and 243.0 MHz. The ELT 910 has been designed to withstand a shock of 500 Gs and has a certified crash worthiness of 100 Gs.

The Narco ID 824 is a rectilinear indicator without glideslope meter. It is normally paired with the MK 12D+ without/GS.

The MK 12D+ includes a 10 channel COM frequency memory and digital radial FROM feature. For increased functionality, the MK 12D+ is accompanied by the IDME 891 VOR/ILS/DME indicator. The IDME 891 is a VOR/ILS indicator with a built-in 25-watt DME. The DME information is displayed at the bottom of the indicator and shows nautical miles to the station at all times. To view groundspeed, simply depress the OBS knob. The IDME 891 also has built-in marker beacon lights that can be slaved to a marker beacon receiver such as the one included in the Narco CP 136M audio panel. Non-volatile memory eliminates "keep-alive" voltage wiring.

The MK 12D Cessna replacement is physically configured to directly replace the ARC/Cessna NAV/COM 300 series (RT-308 through RT-328T) installed in most single engine Cessna aircraft manufactured between 1970 and 1975. The NS 9000 includes an integral GPS receiver, a self-contained navigation computer, and a front-loading Jeppesen NavData Memory Card. The NS 9000 also features an auto-scanning NAV sensor, a 40 channel glideslope receiver. The NS 9000 will drive any standard HSI or VOR indicator, such as the Narco ID 825 indicator.

 The Narco AT 150 transponder has a high power (250 watt) transmitter featuring 4096-code capability and reliable solid state design. it is compatible with leading encoding altimeters and altitude encoders including the Narco AR 850 altitude encoder. This unit meets the FAA's tough C74c class 1A TSO for ATC transponders (MODE C).

Narco Avionics is over 50 years old. As a result there are thousands of our radios in service that are well over 20 years old. As one might imagine it is extremely difficult for Narco to maintain parts vendors and field technical training for many of these older radios. Therefore, we feel our customers are best served by having these older products sent directly to the Narco factory for service.

While we have your radio, we update it with the significant modifications that have been incorporated since its manufacture. This brings new convenience to you, and extends the service life of your radio, too.

Narco offers a one-year limited warranty on most models of radios that it services. If your radio was manufactured within the last several years, it is probably covered by the one-year service warranty. Check with Narco Avionics for warranty coverage by specific model.
